Renault to hold lively panel talks around country

  Renault Ireland is back on the road this summer for lively discussions on Irish sport at select Renault dealerships around the country, writes Trish Whelan . The panel discussions will see the return of Renault ambassadors former Kerry footballer and five-time All-Ireland medal holder Marc O Se; former Dublin footballer and three times All-Ireland champ Alan Brogan, and Westmeath footballing legend and Sunday Game pundit Dessie Dolan, who will be joined this year by former All-Ireland winning Clare hurling captain Anthony Daly, and former Irish Rugby captain Mick Galwey. Each panel will be joined by local sporting representatives, and Marty Morrissey will once again act as the Master of Ceremonies. The first Renault Sports Panels event will take place this Thurday 7 June at Dennehys Renault, Dock Road, Limerick; on 21 June at Kearys Motors, Cork, 5 July at Mallons Renault, Naas, Co Kildare and ending up on 19 July at Joe Norris Motors in Navan, Co Meath. ...

Renault Ireland extends its Late Late Show sponsorship

Renault Ireland is renewing its sponsorship of RTE's Late Late Show for another three years, writes Trish Whelan . This extends the sponsorship to a total of six years. The show ends its current season this evening. According to Patrick Magee, Country Operations Director, Renault Group, the show has been a key contributor to building Renault brand awareness and engagement with Irish audiences and a platform to showcase its renewed model range over the last three years. He is pictured with Ryan Tubridy, Late Late Show presenter.

Renault offers 182 deal sweeteners

Renault Ireland is offering 1.2pc APR finance, €1,200 cashback, and three years' free servicing across its range as a 182 promotion, writes Trish Whelan . The package is backed up by the Five Year Warranty & Roadside Assistance on all Renault cars. The 0.0pc APR finance promotion for electric vehicles is being continued. The Dacia range is being offered with zero deposit and 4.9pc APR HP finance over its refreshed range. And the LCV models from Renault are being offered with 3pc APR HP finance over five years. The offers are for vehicles bought and registered before 31 July.

Renault showcasing electric at SEAI show

Renault Ireland will be showcasing the new longer range Kangoo ZE 33 electric van at next week's SEAI Energy Show at the RDS in Dublin, writes Brian Byrne . The van will be alongside the Zoe ZE 40 supermini, which with its larger battery now has a 300km/200km real world range in summer/winter. The Kangoo ZE's range is now 200km/120km in real world terms. The electrix Twizy will also be on the stand, and all three vehicles will be available for test drives over the 18/18 April days of the show.

Renault to partner St Patrick's Day Festival

Renault Ireland will continue as the official car partner of St Patrick's Festival for the next three years, writes Trish Whelan . This year's festival will run from Thursday 15 to Monday 19 March, with over 3,000 people taking part in the St Patrick's Day parade and over 500,000 expected to line the streets of Dublin on the day. As part of its involvement, seven special green Renault Kadjars, Capturs and Koleos will weave their way through the capital during the parade including the 100 per cent electric Renault ZOE which will feature within the artistic pageantry of the parade.
