Subaru sends congrats to Dublin GAA

Subaru Ireland has congratulated Dublin GAA following the crowning of their Senior Footballers as Leinster Champions for the eight-successive year, writes Trish Whelan . As vehicle sponsor to Dublin GAA, Subaru provides vehicles to some of the players and management of the Dublin senior football and hurling teams. The Dublin players enjoy driving the ‘go anywhere’ life-style Subaru AWD vehicle range which includes Impreza, XV Crossover, Forester and Outback. The football and hurling teams, including the Dublin Ladies, are benefiting from a Subaru Forester van to oversee the transportation of team kits around the country for the All Ireland Championships and National League games. PG Duffy & Sons join Subaru dealer network

Subaru Ireland have appointed PG Duffy & Sons, Naas Road, Newbridge, Co Kildare as Subaru main dealers for Kildare, writes Trish Whelan . With over 60 years trading experience, PG Duffy & Sons are well established in the motor industry in Kildare. At the signing of the dealership contract agreement, Pat Duffy, Dealer Principal said: "Our teams are highly committed to providing a quality customer service and sales experience, and we are excited now to be able to extend this to Subaru customers, new and loyal. A happy and satisfied customer is our priority. We also look forward to working together with the Subaru team over the coming years." Upgrade to Subaru Outback

The Subaru Outback has been given upgrades both to its external looks and to interior comfort, writes Trish Whelan . The most visible change is to the front where there's a a redesign to the grille, bumper and headlights. A new front camera positioned below the marque's six-star badge, can monitor a 180 deg area in front of the car that would normally be in the driver's blind spot. These images, as well as visible guidelines, are shown on the touchscreen to aide drivers in gauging potential hazards in front of the car and improve overall manoeuvring. Allowing for increased all-round visibility, the 2018 Outback SUV is fitted with an additional side view camera mounted at the base of the passenger door mirror. This displays the area diagonally in front of the passenger side of the car allowing drivers to navigate through narrow spaces with greater ease. Tipperary man wins new Subaru Impreza

Jason O'Brien is pictured with his father, picking up his new Impreza from Michael Slattery. Jason O’Brien from Mullinahone in South Tipperary has won TG4’s GAA Beo competition and is now the proud owner of a new Subaru Impreza, writes Trish Whelan . Jason is a big follower of the GAA and came up to Parnell Park to meet Jonny Cooper from Dublin GAA to do a television piece for TG4. Subaru are the official car partner of Dublin GAA. He picked up his new Impreza from Michael Slattery, Dealer Principal of Slattery’s Garage, Tipperary’s authorised Subaru Dealer, last weekend.
